Towards vaccines against parasitic diseases: Scientific meeting celebrating the work of Declan McKeever

Parasites cause punishing diseases worldwide, especially in the developing world. Many millions of people and livestock are affected chronically, even fatally. The staggering increase in their resistance to chemotherapy has increased the global problem. Our greatest future hope is that vaccines can be developed to mitigate their impact.

Join a one day meeting (21 October, Hatfield, UK) with world experts to discuss these issue and celebrate the work and dedication of Professor Declan McKeever, a renowned veterinary immunologist, who died prematurely this year.
